How it works
As a Massage Therapist and BRM® Pro, my initial visits include an in depth movement assessment, body work, and then an exercise and tool portion after the body work. You will be sent home with daily tools to help optimize your body, baby positioning, and physicality.
In Body Ready Birth Online Program you will learn how to:

Open your pelvis at all 3 levels so you can get into a position that works for you and your baby wherever they are.

Create brain to muscle pathways that help you intuitively know how to move and access each level of your pelvis on demand.

Work with your partner using hands-on techniques that involve them and support you.

Prevent/minimize common birth injuries by avoiding positions that close your pelvis.

These things can also all be addressed in your appointment, and then add on the course to make your take home tools even easier!
