Writing has been my love language for as long as I remember. I've always had 10 journals laying around for various topics. Had a diary for all of my younger years. Had a casual blog in my 20's, that had enough of a following I got recongized in public once! It was WILD. Little old me, getting flagged down for a photo in a downtown bar by a stranger. #corememory

I am, and as far as I know, will always be a massage therapist. This, my first passion, is my always passion. Every day that I massage I wake up happy and motivated.

I chose this career because I knew I needed to be my own boss. That was one of the only things I knew when I was 16 years old. Having an authority figure was NOT my jam. I headed to Esthetics school first where I had a 98% average and I decided I needed more of a challenge than that. I went directly into Massage College and the rest is history.

20 years since that day. I started college Jan 2004. It is now April 2024. Over 20 years rubbing people for a living.

But here I am with so many other passions and skills under my belt, and no lack of words to talk about them. I took my Yoga Teacher Training when I was 23, and also did my Prenatal Massage Training that year. I became a doula in 2012, and started attending births right away. To date I have attended over 160 births, and supported many more clients through education, and massage. I did my Fascial Stretch Therapist training in 2017, and then just completed the Body Ready Method training in March 2024.

Next up: I am going to become a Travel Agent, and also get my Perimenopause Women's Health Coach Certificate.

The coolest thing about all of this is there is an underlying why. I LOVE women, and women's health. I love them prioritizing self care, I love them travelling, I love them exercising and being their own health advocates. I love seeing them thrive, and not just survive. We only have this one life and it deserves to be full of joy, and you feeling WELL while doing it.

Thanks for being here, trusting me, and supporting me.
